I had great experience with my cleaning here. Despite having not gotten a cleaning done in a while I felt no judgment from the staff who were nothing but supportive. They have some very impressive imaging technology to track your mouth health and the office was very well maintained. This is the best practice I’ve been to and I highly recommend you come here due to the staff’s interest in constant improvement and staying up to date in all the newest developments in their field.

I've had dentists in the past tell me to just hold on for a few more minutes while in pain, but Dr. Dickson assured me I should never have to "suck it up." She is gentle and professional. Would 100% recommend her. All hygienists I've had have been SO kind and understanding. Haley, who deals with the financial side is always helpful as well.

I first visited ADC over 2 years ago. The staff was exceptionally friendly and my first visit with the doctor was extensive. After multiple visits over the next 2 years, the doctor concluded that she did not see anything wrong, based on Xray results, CT results, and numerous physical exams including a digital scan. She contributed the pain to allergies and indicated that I could have referred pain due to allergies or other health conditions. During my time at ADC, I was informed that a mouthguard would be beneficial, in case the pain was being caused by grinding. I checked the pricing before proceeding and was told a higher estimate by ADC. I called my insurance to confirm it would cost me $600 and the rep informed me that my nightguard was a covered benefit under my insurance plan and that my responsibility for the night guard should only be $285. They adjusted the pricing and refunded me the overpayment that I made. I decided to move forward with the mouthguard and came in to get a digital scan for my mold. The woman who did the scan rushed through it and the scan was not as thorough as the previous scan I had done. When the mouthguard was ready, I came in to check the fit. Unfortunately, the mouthguard was extremely tight. The doctor had to use a lot of force to push it into place and to remove it. This improperly fitted mouthguard shifted my teeth and bite forward. Upon bringing this concern up to ADC, the doctor did reach out numerous times via phone. The office would not reply to my emails but would only discuss this issue over the phone, not in writing. We talked through the issue and then I was confronted about the doctor patient relationship, my out of state location, and was told that I seemed dissatisfied with the care. At this time, it was unfortunate that the poorly fitted mouthguard ruined my alignment and bite for which I had expensive ortho treatment previously. I indicated that the care at ADC has been wonderful, with the exception of this mouthguard issue. I got the impression that that wanted to drop me as a patient at this time, and I indicated that this would be disappointing, especially since I did nothing wrong. The doctor discussed that she was not comfortable fitting me for another mouthguard since I had issues with the first one. My insurance only covers one nightguard every 3 years so I now have to wait 2 more years to have one covered by my insurance. At my next appointment, the doctor took back my nightguard into her possession. My out of state location has also been a hot topic at every appointment, even though I am entitled to go to any provider in network within the US. One of the doctors commented that I live in a retirement community, which is true, however I have been living there with family members due to medical issues. I felt this comment was poking fun at me and my current situation. I also faced a lack of professionalism by one of the hygienists commenting about how young I look and that I have a small mouth. Both doctors at this practice have examined my problem tooth and indicated everything looks good. Unfortunately, they both failed to identify a crack in my problem tooth that has worsened for the past 2 years. I saw a dentist 20 minutes from this Fairfax office who identified the problem within two minutes of looking inside my mouth. I will at minimum need a crown put in, and, since the damage has worsened for the past two years, may also need a root canal and complete removal of my tooth under age 30. Scheduling at ADC has been seamless and Annie, the front desk coordinator, is a gem to the practice and has always been very professional towards me. I have found clerical errors like billing and the wrong x-rays sent. I have also only ever been given a take home bag with a toothbrush and mouthwash once. I am sharing this in the hopes that if you are having a problem, do not wait to seek a second, third, and fourth opinion. Overall, I think ADC is a great dentistry for regular cleanings, and unfortunately it seems that I have drawn the short end of the stick here.
Dr. Dickson is incredibly professional and kind as are all of her staff. I absolute hate going to the dentist and the entire office does nothing but make each experience good and lessen my dental anxiety. The doctor is also very skilled at what she does, I have never had crowns or fillings fit as well as the ones she did. Everyone in that office is always so kind and they work hard to fit you in during emergencies. I highly highly recommend this practice. Also, they do same day crowns! This is the best dentist you will ever find.
10/5 STARS. I WILL GO BACK EVEN THOUGH I’M NOT FROM HERE. I rarely leave reviews but this Dental Clinic deserves it and more. I travel for work and I was assigned in the area for6 months. I had to do my usual dental check-up and chose Dr. Dickson’s clinic. They did magnificent and worked with me and my previous dental clinic to obtain all information needed to establish my dental needs. On top of the cleaning and filling, one of my tooth needed a crown, which unfortunately came off, sadly I wasn’t in the area anymore but am able to drive back on my way to the other assignment (6 months after). They did their very best to accommodate me. On the day of my appointment, unforeseen events happened and they were asking if they could move me to another date but I just couldn’t. They did the impossible and called and asked their patients that day to be moved to a later time. Absolute perfect of a team they have here. I would recommend this place on a heart beat and would come back if given the chance. Thank you!!
**Best dental office I went to in my life**. Kind and obsessed to perfection doctors that provide the best service you can find. The level of commitment and effort is off the charts! Also if you are nervous and have anxiety, gagging issues they know how to work with these issues.
I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. Dickson is an angel! I just had a substantial replacement filling done for an old filling that had cracked and a filling for a new cavity. Throughout the entire procedure Dr. Dickson made sure that I experienced as little pain as possible. I have never had such painless application of the anesthesia (shots) as I experienced today (and there were several). Her bedside manner is incredible and you can tell that she genuinely cares about making sure her patients are comfortable. I am so grateful to have found this practice and highly recommend Dr. Dickson, especially if you've had poor past dental experiences or suffer from anxiety.

First visit went well. Seen within 5 minutes of my arrival and staff called me prior to my appointment. Very thorough dental assessments - who knew dentists had all these toys? Dental hygienist provided excellent walk through of dental cleaning process and frequently inquired about my comfort. Dr. Dickson has a nice bedside manner and also walked through my dental concerns. Received guidance on Invsalign options, but no pressure to purchase. Initial visit was long to accommodate photos and xray, but it was worth it.

Just had my first visit and WOW! The onboarding process was so thorough and I enjoyed my cleaning as well. I feel wonderfully about my decision to make Allegra my new dental provider.
Dr. Dickson and her staff are the best at the customer service they provide. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming when i come into the office. As well as the office is always kept nice and clean i love the directions and lil tv’s in the room to keep you entertained. Dr. Dickson herself is very gentle with great bedside manners she actually listens to you and recommends her best advice that will suit. She explains everything in detail and is isn’t heavy handed when working on your teeth. She’s very down to earth as well as the girls that assist her in the back. They all make going to the dentist less scary. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who looking for a new dentist!!
For the longest time I was very afraid of going to the dentist, too many bad experiences too many Drs trying to take advantage of insurance, but Dr Nana restore my trust in dentists with her outstanding patient care and amazing team. She and her team are amazing!
This office and the staff are amazing. The Dr. is very calm and reassuring but most importantly she’s incredibly competent and skilled. I just had four cavities filled and 45 minutes later I felt almost completely back to normal. Wow.
I love Allegra Dental Center. I've been going here since about 2019. I originally found them when looking for a dental office filled with a diverse staff. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I drive an hour from home to make each appointment and it is always worth it. The customer service is above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone.

GREATEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!! I'm 49, so I have a lot of experience with dentists. From the moment I called to confirm my insurance, all the way through to completing my appointment, everyone was extremely courteous and welcoming. Dr. Dickson is AWESOME! This was my first visit but she knew every detail of my teeth as if I'd been there for years. I was shocked that she knew so much without me telling her anything. She was super considerate of my goals, and provided many options to control costs. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit, and recommending her to everyone I know. Don't hesitate to see her.
During COVID, I found the perfect dentist in Bethesda, Dr. Morgan Floyd. When she joined Allegra Dental Center I had to follow her across the Potomac. She was key to "brightening" my smile, literally and figuratively. Her professionalism matches her tremendous personality, and she is well-schooled in the latest dentistry and technology. Recently, I had a dental emergency and Dr. Floyd was out of town. Dr. Dickson, fit me right in and handled the whole process, flawlessly. Dr. "D" has created a real gem, with a lovely office, fantastic staff and an exceptionally talented team of dentists and assistants. Nobody really likes to go to the dentist. These two top docs are a reason to keep those regular check-ups.
All-in-all, Dr. Dickson and the Allegra team are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! From the clean office, genuinely friendly staff, thoughtful care, and Dr. Dickson herself - I cannot say enough good things about them! I've never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past and avoided going to the dentist for YEARS because of poor experiences. When we discovered Allegra Dental around 5 years ago, it was such a breath of fresh air. My husband and I absolutely adore Dr. Dickson and her team. We feel safe and taken care of. The staff is always so great with helping us break down and explain costs in a way that is easy to understand. It gives us peace of mind and I'm thankful for their transparency. But back to Dr. Dickson, she's the best! She is patient, engaging, professional, relatable, and super good at what she does. I feel safe in her chair. I remember one of the first times I visited, she talked me through what she was doing and explained it to me so I understood what was happening. If I recall, I believe she even pulled up some info extra info and pulled it up on the TV screen so she could show me. That really stood out to me and I sincerely appreciated how she took the time to do that. No other dentists has done that for me. I also have very sensitive teeth and have acquired several unique allergies after having a child. She has been so accommodating to my needs and I don't ever feel shamed for requiring a little more attention. To sum up, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dickson at Allegra Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!
I have been going to Dr. Dickson since she’s been in dental school. She has always been great and now even greater. I now drive 45 mins with my wife and 3 kids just to see her.

Dr. Dickson is an amazing human and doctor. She took the time to explain everything we would be doing that day, the steps abs the results. She went out of her way to start her day earlier to accommodate my schedule! I am pain adverse, almost child like☺️. She didn’t hesitate to make me even more comfortable and the numbing cream tastes and smells like pineapples. Did I mention her dental work is astounding! She is my new best friend in my head! This was my first time visiting Allegra Dental Center after relocating to Fairfax a few months ago. My experience was fantastic! The front desk was very welcoming and patient with me while I contacted my old dental office for records (my fault). The dental assistants and dentist was very good at explaining every next step before it happened. I also ask a lot of questions and everyone was happy to take time to explain things to me. I've been a patient at about 5 dentist offices in my life and I can say, by far, this was the best experience!

I haven’t been able to find a dental office that I considered “home” for the last 7/8 years that I’ve lived in the Northern Virginia area. It’s safe for me to say that Allegra Dental is THE dentist for me. The wonderful ladies at reception are always kind and helpful. Dr. Dickson is amazing. She walks me through everything, is communicative, and I never feel like they’re overcharging me for anything I don’t need. Before they do anything to my teeth, they walk me through everything and are transparent with everything being charged before I choose to move forward with anything. Fillings are the worst, but Dr. Dickson always checked to see if I was comfortable, if I felt any pain, and would let me know what she was doing next. It’s the little things! So happy I found Allegra Dental and would recommend to anyone!
I found this dentist on google when searching for places that value their clients and have excellent customer service. In all honesty, I usually hate going to the dentist. But the rest of the reviews are right- this place is wonderful!!! They have excellent customer service. If the experience is uncomfortable, they’re accommodate your needs. If you’d like more water to rinse with when you’re getting your teeth cleaned- they follow that! It’s an amazing experience and turned my dread of going to the dentist to anticipation. And all of their employees are really nice, wonderful to talk to.
I've gone to multiple dentist practices over the years in various states and Dr. Dickson and her team stand out as the best value and experience. The front office, hygienists and doctors are well coordinated and make the process (check-in, cleaning, consultation, payment and check-out) smooth, efficient and worry free. The front office is able to provide you with a quick quote on costs before moving forward with various treatments, which is great. With a visiting periodontist on rotation, they're well equipped to handle the gamut of teeth and gum-related issues, which has been essential for me.

Our whole family goes to Allegra. Everyone and especially Dr. Dickson is very professional, friendly and compassionate. The practice is very clean, they have up to date technology. I like Dr.Dickson and her team because they don’t rush you to get a procedure done. You’re able to take your time with your decisions and they listen to your concerns and questions. I love being a part of the Allegra Family. I started going to Dr Dickson and dental Hygienist Mimi about a year ago. Everyone there is amazing and so welcoming. I feel like they really care about me and my family! Today I took my 5 year old for his first dentist appointment. We could not have had a better experience. My son walked in crying and walking out smiling. They were so nice and gentle and he can’t wait to go back. I had to get some fillings taken care of and hate doing that because I hate the sound of the drill and I have PTSD from my old dentists not numbing me enough or at all. I was so scared bc it’s been at least 5 years since ive been to the dentist, i have poor dental hygiene habits and have especially gotten worse since the pandemic started. my visit was three hours long and i have to say i had a great time! everyone is so nice and made me feel so comfortable. the dental hygienist, mimi was really personable, informative, and thorough i like her a lot. i was a bit panicky bc of past experiences, but dr. dickson was very kind to listen and use her expertise to make sure i didnt experience any pain or anxiety. thank you so much to the entire team, it feels so good to know my teeth are finally happy and got the treatment they needed for so long. i will definitely be returning sooner than later!

THE. BEST. My appointment started at the front desk and being a health care provider myself, I understand the impact your front desk can play into how patience perceive your practice. The front desk at Allegra was so friendly and prompt. Then the dental hygienist, Mimi, quickly came and got me. We did X-rays, a deeper cleaning, and Mimi was so friendly, personable and made me completely comfortable the entire time. She gave me every detail of what was going to happen and what different things meant. I left feeling really good! I will definitely be going back regularly and asking for Mimi as my hygienist. I am also going to suggest my wife go see them as well!!

I have never had an even remotely bad dental experience and have always had completely neutral feelings about going to the dentist. So, imagine my surprise when I left Allegra Dental feeling like I’d had fun. I know, fun at the dentist? It sounds like fake news but it’s true! My appointment with them was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The doctor, hygienist, and assistants at the practice are very thorough, professional, and efficient. The condition of my teeth and the treatment(s) they require were explained in detail and left me feeling more in control of my oral health than ever. In particular, the recommendation of a night guard for teeth clenching is what sealed the deal for me. I have a terrible and unfortunate teeth clenching habit, the leftover remnants of my adolescent teeth grinding habit, that causes jaw and tooth pain. It’s worst before and during sleep and I often wake up with jaw pain because of it. Prior to my new patient appointment with Allegra Dental it had never been mentioned to me that the teeth clenching was actually causing wear on my teeth or that there was anything I could do about it. I am so glad to have been informed that there are steps I can take to prevent further wear on my teeth and prevent/decrease the pain associated with teeth clenching. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

This was the nicest dentist office I've ever visited. The people are so incredibly friendly, professional, sensitive, thorough, and helpful. For a very anxious dental patient, they really put me at ease. The billing dept is also very straightforward, transparent, flexible, and they outlined my payments very clearly. They also have been more straightforward with me and solutions-oriented than past dentists. The dr even made extra time to examine an issue I'd raised with another dentist and actually solved it. And it's a very pretty office, which also helps the nerves! Didn't even feel judged for being a lazy flosser. ;)

I love Dr. Dickson and her staff! I have been a patient for a few years now. I travel from MD just to see her because the care is worth it. Especially now during my pregnancy. The Allegra Dental Center is my favorite dental office. I have been a patient here for about four (maybe 5) years, and despite not always coming as often as I should the staff here has always taken exceptional care of me. Any potential issues have been noticed early on and they always make sure I understand my treatment. The office is very clean and during COVID they have done an amazing job at ensuring the safety of their staff and patients. I have never felt uncomfortable coming here and always feel safe in their care. Dr. Dickson has been an amazing dentist and all of her staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. I have never had a negative experience here and would happily recommend this practice to family and friends.
I submitted an appointment request and was contacted immediately the next morning for an appointment that same morning. The location is great and the staff members were so friendly and warm. I had not visited a dentist for routine cleanings in a year due to the pandemic, but when I walked in, I felt at ease. Personal protective equipment was worn properly at all times. My exam was thorough and the dental hygienist was great. Dr. Dickson was kind, very personable, and took the time to explain my treatment plan.I look forward to Allegra Dental Center becoming my home for long-term dental care.
Can I say I love going to the dentist? Because we do! My family and I feel so safe and taken care of with Dr. Dickson and her team. During this pandemic, while pregnant, I felt so safe when visiting their offices. The protocol for safety was seamless and the detailed care we received is unparalleled. HIGHLY recommend.
Allegra Dental Center is by far the best dental practice I've ever had the good fortune to experience (I am over 60 and had braces as a teen so I've seen A LOT of dentists). The staff is very helpful and professional - and very, VERY nice. Dr. Dickson is wonderful - she almost makes it worth going to the dentist. I had my teeth cleaned today by Mimi and she was AWESOME. She (and Dr. Dickson) always let me know step by step what they're doing and I feel very comfortable in their dental care.
Covid Update - I visited for the first time in awhile and was impressed by their system to ensure social distancing, while continuing to treat each patient with the professionalism and care. Knowing my history and how long I had been away, I received x-rays and checks of an area that had a prior root canal; each visit they check my blood pressure and check for lumps around the face and neck. Being in good hands (and being in a soft reclined chair) actually left me relaxed at the end of my visit. Going above and beyond will always earn 5+ stars in my book.
I absolutely love Dr. Dickson & and her team! The customer service is impeccable and best of all there is no pain with any procedure. This is definitely the place for anyone who has a fear of the dentist. I have talked so much about Dr. Dickson; that my mom is coming from Florida to receive her dental care from her as well.
I have no complaints about Dr. Dickson’s office, her professionalism and that of her staff. Service is top-notch, facility is clean, equipments are all modern and the space warm and welcoming. Even in COVID, I have confidently visited the office twice, knowing that they take all the necessary cautions that need to be taken, and were doing so pre-COVID. There are no hidden fees, and there is complete transparency as far as procedures are concerned and also what to expect before, during and after a procedure. Also, there’s a candy jar at the front desk which my sweet tooth appreciates.

I was recommended by a current patient and my experience was absolutely phenomenal. It had been a year since I had seen a dentist or hygienist (thanks covid fears) so my gums had seen better days, but they were able to get me cleaned up, suggest a stronger toothpaste, and get a plan going forward for my dental health. Everybody was so personable, and I felt comfortable in their care. 10/10 would get my teeth cleaned here again.

Probably the best dentist I've ever seen! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Everyone had clear and concise explanations on what they were doing, what sort of work I needed done, payment methods, etc. The bedside manner of Dr. D is incredibly warm, and definitely made my first visit a lot easier. My experience was AMAZING!! Loved it from start to finish. The first appointment was long, but every minute was spent wisely whether it was getting pictures, xrays, a thorough exam, and even informing me of information about dental care no other dentist office had ever taken the time to teach me! My dentist was super thorough with cleaning, easy and FUN to talk to, and made the whole experience seriously unforgettable (yes, even for a dentist). Not to mention, the office itself is beautiful! I am so happy I found Allegra and will definitely be recommending to everyone (my hubby will be coming soon)!

I have been going to Dr. Dickson’s office for a few years now and cannot say enough positive things about everyone there, both personally and professionally! I used to actively avoid going to the dentist until a friend recommended her, and now I actually enjoy going. They have taken great care of me from cleanings and fillings to Invisalign, I’d recommend them to anyone (especially if you are anxious about going to the dentist like me).

This dental office is extraordinary from reception to check out. All staff is extremely friendly and professional. The office itself is extremely clean, ambient, and all equipment is modernized. Each appointment, I am seen immediately on time ... even a few minutes early once when I arrived early. Lovely hygienists get things started before the doctor comes. Dr. Dickson is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to you thoroughly. She seems genuinely interested in your oral health and care. Also very friendly (I see where her staff gets it from!) and a great bedside manner — always confirming I was doing ok during procedures. This office is far from home for me but I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere!

Dr. Dickson has been my dentist for a couple of years now, i went to see her yesterday and she said, “ that tooth has got to come out, it’s going to cause infection if you don’t get it out of there”. Everything was seamless. From booking the appointment to checkout. The doctor actually spends real time with the patient, she is not rushing around trying to just get to the next patient. All of the equipment is state of the art and the hygienists are well trained. The I assumed office manager is like a concierge transitioning the patient through the process offering whatever assistance is needed. For the quality of service I received I would have paid double.

I started going to this dentist about a year ago with my mom and I love it! All of the staff and the dentist are super professional and extremely nice and friendly. I’ve never felt scared or nervous about going to the dentist, but if you’re that person don’t worry at all when coming here. They make every patient feel more than welcome and comfortable, they talk with and connect to their patients, and are always making sure I’m okay and feeling good. I just went yesterday to get a cleaning and checkup and, per usual, they were happy, smiling, engaging, and made sure to address and clear up any concerns I had. I love this office, the hygienists, front desk staff, and most of all Dr. Dickson herself and will probably continue to be going forever!

Everything about Allegra Dental center was wonderful..Starting with Eden who guided me over the phone to the office the actual office and not googles your here...Was wonderful calm and friendly and very understanding... To the Xrays and the cleaning ( I apologize I can’t remember her name) which was easy and quick..She was very informative through the X-ray and cleaning process.. Dr Nana Dickson was lovely, informative, nice and so very helpful..There’s a pattern here... There were others that helped me in the process of things and again same friendly, kind curtious and helpful.. Oh and the office decorated modern, perfect, professional, calming and very nice...

First off, my experience booking an appointment set the tone of professionalism that was consistent throughout my entire visit. The front office staff was highly communicative & patient with my availability. Once in the office, I was please with awesome interior design & lighting that made me feel refreshed. Jasmine cleaned my teeth & was extremely hospitable. She walked me through what each step is & the importance of it. This is something I never experienced while growing up & going to the same dentist all my life in GA. In the past I was given high level info like "make sure you're brushing your teeth." Stuff like that. Dr. Dickson & Jasmine walked me through why they measure teeth for gum health. Overall I definitely look forward to staying with Allegra Dental for my duration of living in the DMV. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Allegra Dental is an amazing dental office! Dr. Dickson is such a great professional and really brings a standard of excellence with her practice. Recently I decided to move forward with a dental implant procedure, which required much convincing and patience from Dr. Dickson. She walked me through the entire procedure, answered all my questions quickly and provided ease of service. Several times during the process, I need to come back for minor temp tooth tightening and she always accommodated my schedule and offered superb services. I am really happy with my implant and more confidant about my smile. My husband and I have been clients at Allegra Dental for a few years. We are thoroughly impressed with the friendly, customer oriented staff and Dr. Dickson's professionalism. She really has made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

This has been, by far, the best dentist experience I have ever had. Coming from East Tennessee I was never fond of Dentists' offices. One visit here and I have (almost) changed my mind! Dentistry is always a pain in the butt, but I have never had a more pleasurable experience than Allegra Dental Center. The Staff is stellar. extremely nice and beautiful smiles all around. The service may be even better. They start off taking multiple X-rays and running diagnostics to get a feel of where you are. Then Ms. Dickson comes out and goes over where you are and makes a detailed treatment plan. All in all I'm not bummed out to return, maybe even a little excited to go to the dentist. That change alone is miraculous. Highly recommend.

Even regular checkups send my heartbeat into overdrive. Dr. Dickson and her team are phenomenal! They immediately put me at ease, from the receptionist to the dental assistants. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted a week after my initial appointment and I was on conference calls for work 2 hours later. No pain and no swelling! Angela, one of the assistants, even held my hand while I was receiving anesthetic shots (my anxiety and needles DO NOT mix). Dr. Dickson called me later that afternoon to check on me. Amazing!!! They all feel like family now. 🤗 Best dental team ever!!!

Good, I have been coming here for about 2 years and Dr. Dickson and her staff was very professional and friendly. They did everything they could to ensure all my procedures are taken care.

Dr. Dickson does a thorough examination and consultation. She is a talented, skilled & brilliant dentist. Came to her for a smile reconstruction and her work is absolutely remarkable. She has a good network of colleagues to refer patients. Staff and office environment are pleasant.
I was very pleased with my visit. It’s been about 8 years since I even seen a dentist and they were very kind in that regard that they can take care the issues I may of had after all that time. They also laid out a good battleplan for work that needed to be done in a time frame that will maximize my Dental plan, so I’m paying the least amount out of pocket. I would recommend for anyone to check them out

Dr. Dickson and her staff are amazing. They remember your name very quickly and I appreciate that a lot (it's the little things). Through all my procedures (cleaning, teeth extractions, etc.), Dr. Dixon and her assistants walked me through each and every step of what needs to be done. This was my first time back at the dentist in about 5 years and it was a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dixon!

The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent -- very nice and accommodating. The employees made sure to explain every step of the process (which was great since I hadn't been to a dentist in so long). I had to wait for the dentist for a little while, and they apologized for the wait with a gift card to a froyo place. They let me know next steps and options at the end, but didn't pressure me in any way. Overall great experience.
I had been without a dentist for 12 years, Dr. Dickson set me strait within 3 hours. I recommend seeing a dental specialist every 2 years, but Dr. Dickson saved my mouth!

The dentist is probably no one's favorite place to go, but at Allegra dental, you're treated like family. Everyone is so kind, loving, and supportive. And you can tell the staff is a wonderful community.

The hygienist did a fantastic job, she was telling me about every step she was about to do, very gental and super nice lady. I'm looking forward to come back and highly recommend Allegra Dental!
I hated going to the dentist, so I basically stopped after high school (embarrassing, I know) - but Dr. Dickson reached out about supporting the LGBTQ+ community through a nonprofit I volunteer with, and I decided it was time for a tune-up - and was a newlywed that finally had my husband on my dental insurance... and he was in some serious tooth pain. Dr. Dickson's office was SO nice, and when I told them what he was experiencing, they saw him that same afternoon - turns out it was four cavities and four impacted wisdom teeth. They made room for tooth removal less than 48 hours later, and planned around our schedule over the next weeks to get his fillings taken care of. The assistants asked him what music he liked, and had a playlist ready - and Dr. Dickson made sure staff that spoke Spanish were there to help him understand everything; they even held his hand when he was starting to freak out! They follow-up, you can text Dr. Dickson or call outside of business hours, their online scheduling actually WORKS, and they're flexible and available. I can't sing their praises enough. The office is spotless, not super huge, the equipment is new, and parking is easy. This is the only dentist I'll ever go to - and I've actually been coming back for my regularly scheduled visits!
Dr. Dickson is a talented and kind dentist. I have been going to her for over a year and I recently brought my elderly mother. My mom had low self esteem due to a missing tooth and anxiety about any dental work. Dr. Dickson talked with her for over a hour ensuring she understood the procedure and felt comfortable. My mom and I loved the results of her bridge. My mother could not stop smiling. Dr. Dickson restored her self esteem and I can't thank her or her staff for making my mom so happy. I can't recommend Dr. Dickson enough - she really cares about her patients and provides top care!

First off, I've always kind of hated going to the dentist and for many years didn't go at all. That being said I LOVE Allegra Dental Center and strongly recommend it to anyone I talk to. Dr. Dickson is so friendly, thorough, and gentle. Her entire staff is extremely courteous and make each visit comfortable and welcoming. Two Saturdays ago, I was having pain in my bottom right wisdom tooth area, which was due to an infection. After receiving treatment, I got a phone call from Allegra two days later. I figured that maybe my appointment to have the wisdom teeth out needed to be rescheduled or that maybe there was a payment mishap or something like that. I couldn't have been more wrong, Dr. Dickson was just calling to make sure that I was healing and didn't have any more pain or problems. I've never had a doctor who actually cared enough to follow up after the fact like that. Jumping ahead to this weekend, I had all four of my wisdom teeth out on Saturday. When I arrived, Dr. D informed me that they were running a little behind and that I may want to come back in half an hour. How great is that!? Most doctor's offices just have you wait and wonder if your appointment will start soon. Instead my wife and daughter and I were able to go walk around outside in the nice weather and come back just in time. The surgery was performed at the office by Dr. Remi Ogunsanya, who was every bit as friendly and attentive as Dr. Dickson. I've never had any type of surgery before this and was completely at ease with the entire process. A few hours after the surgery, Dr. Remi called just to check on me. I told him I was doing well but still bleeding. He said that was normal and gave me some instructions to try and help the surgical sites clot. To my surprise he called again a few hours later and said he just wanted to make sure it worked and I was doing well. I thanked him and assured him I was doing well. Two days later, Dr. Dickson called as well to make sure I was healing nicely and because I work in the same building she told me if I liked to just to swing by and she would take a quick look to see how I was healing. I really appreciate her taking the time to do that for me. This office really cares about their patients and their actions prove it. If you've been avoiding the dentist, you need to try Allegra Dental Center. If you don't LOVE every part of your experience with your current dentist, then switch to Allegra Dental Center. You absolutely won't regret coming here and you'll know it the moment you step inside.
Dr. Dickson is a awesome professional who is very knowledgable on the most up-to-date research and techniques in dental care. The staff is friendly, helpful, and allowed my son to watch cartoons in the lobby! I HIGHLY recommend you change dentist and start heading to Allegra Dental Care....I know I am!!!

Friendly, quick, and top-notch work
For someone who has been through plenty of not-so-pleasant experiences at the dentist, this was a breath of fresh air and relief. I believe I was the first appointment on Friday morning, and I was surprised to see the entire staff, including Dr. Dickson, waiting to greet me in the waiting area! This was my first appointment at Allegra Dental Center, but it really did make a positive impression. The office is beautifully decorated and I was immediately offered coffee and water. Angie was very sweet and Dr. Dickson made me feel like I was in good hands. I can't remember the name of the lady who handled my insurance, but she did a great job of breaking down my benefits and pricing for various options. It's also a very convenient location. I highly recommend.
As someone who fears the dentist not only on a pain level but also on a judgmental level, this dental appointment was nothing like I expected. From the moment I walked in Jessica and Kate greeted me and made me feel right at home. They reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Dickson came out and greeted me and took me back. There I was greeted by Angie her hygienist. Angie was sweet and kind. Little by little my tension was going away and I felt more comfortable about my situation. I never felt judged by the crew on why I didn't choose to see a dentist earlier. They talked to me and NOT down to me and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted to. Dr. Dickson is beyond amazing. I'm glad I found someone so caring and loving towards her patient's. Not only do I think that she has amazing staff but I also think that Dr. Dickson is a great dentist and I DON'T see myself switching dentist at all.
The Allegra Dental Center was an amazing experience. Everything from the professional staff to the detailed information that was provided to me about my insurance coverage. Dr. Dickson explained what was going on every step of the way, leaving me at ease & confident with the results. I highly recommend patients to this center. Dr Dickson was great. Very easy to talk to, professional, and very thorough. My daughter had a recurring problem with two teeth that had been causing her extreme pain and discomfort. My previous dentist just couldn't get to the bottom of the problem and my daughter had developed a fear of going to see her. I started doing research online, saw the fantastic reviews Dr. Dickson received. I discussed it with my daughter and made an appointment for a consult. My daughter has been extremely happy with her care and now our whole family goes to her.

My appointments start promptly and I am out in a timely manner.
